Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Duke City Recovery Toolbox LLC in New Mexico. This is an entry-level position that involves providing exceptional patient care and support services.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Check-In: Greet patients, collect demographic information, and register them for services.
  • Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Cash Handling: Collect payment from patients, manage cash transactions, and reconcile daily closing records.
  • Communication: Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments and collect urine samples.
