Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our members, clarifying their requests and needs to recommend and fulfill the appropriate products and services.

  • Evaluate and accurately process member requests, including reviewing credit bureau reports and preparing account/loan documentation.
  • Receive, process, and post member financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers and vaults as needed.
Requirements
  • Two years of similar or related experience.
  • Must maintain licensing and relevant updates with the NMLS Safe Act website.
  • Stay current on products, procedures, and other pertinent changes.
