Position Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator is vital to the success of Country Supplier, responsible for orchestrating recruitment initiatives and supporting stores in their hiring endeavors. This role involves managing open job requisitions, guiding leaders through the processes of sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent, implementing recruitment strategies, and attracting candidates who resonate with our core values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing requirements for Country Supplier, C-A-L Ranch, and Coastal Farm & Home.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for candidates through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and professional rapport building.
- Cultivate relationships with store leaders to promote a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
- Identify effective recruitment sources, leverage recruitment tools, and actively pursue diverse talent pools.
- Monitor and report on essential performance metrics related to the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate candidate interviews, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Maintain open lines of communication with both managers and candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Assist store personnel with the online applicant tracking system, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
