Parts Counterperson

We are seeking a reliable and professional Parts Counterperson to join our team at Cold Springs RV. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for purchasing, selling, storing, and issuing parts to our customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
- Create and modify purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and track special ordered parts
- Record warranty parts returned and process open invoices
- Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
- Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory and maintain accurate records
- Attend weekly department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions
Requirements
Candidate must possess average computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting $18.00 / hr to $20.00 / hr, based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental and Vision, 401k Employer Match, Employee discount, AFLAC products, paid vacation after 1 year, and Birthday off.
