Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests? We are seeking a dedicated breakfast service specialist to join our team at Hampton Inn Kansas City/Overland Park. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and dismantling our breakfast buffet, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh fruits, baked goods, cereals, and other breakfast items.
Your responsibilities will also include circulating throughout the dining area to refill beverages and clear away used dishes and utensils. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with guests. Compensation:$15 - $17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently clear tables during breakfast service, using appropriate methods for removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Deliver attentive service to guests by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including wiping down beverage dispensers and other equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure the breakfast area is tidy, including tables, chairs, and the buffet station, while managing waste disposal.
- Prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring that fresh items are consistently stocked and available throughout service hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- A commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
