Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our passionate and dedicated teams in the Americas region. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing quality and efficient services and support to our customers in this region.

  • Provide 2nd line support to customers via phone, email or on-site visits
  • Conduct investigations and troubleshoot issues with audio-professional equipment
  • Perform administrative tasks on CRM and ERP systems
  • Document cases in the CRM system and ensure information is up-to-date

You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, customer service staff, applications engineers/designers and R&D to improve customer service experience and build strong relationships with our customers.
