Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming claim inquiries from clients and ensure timely follow-up.

Process Evidence of Insurance requests efficiently.

Record each customer interaction in our management system.

Warmly welcome all clients entering the office.

Facilitate premium payments from clients.

Confirm and update client contact information during each interaction.

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Respond to all voicemail messages in a timely manner.

Engage in prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.

Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Excel in building and maintaining relationships.

Inform clients about promotions and new or upgraded offerings using established scripts.
