About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our healthcare practice group in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex healthcare projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Principal to evaluate project requirements and ensure project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget are met.
  • Actively manage project teams, provide day-to-day leadership, and mentor junior staff.
  • Monitor the quality of project documents and provide communication and coaching to team members.
  • Enhance existing client relationships and build new ones through excellent design services.
  • Oversee correspondence, evaluate contractor bids, and develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets for each project.
Requirements
  • CA Licensed Architect with a bachelor's degree in architecture preferred.
  • 7-15 years of professional experience with increasingly complex projects; OSHPD (HCAi) experience highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Knowledge of Revit.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to interact effectively with clients and team members at all stages of a project.
