Healthcare Administrator

UVA Continuum Home Health Care is the Home Health department of UVA Health, providing care in the community for almost 30 years. We are an academic home health agency, committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
As a Registered Nurse Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the implementation of our home health program, including quality review, quality improvement, intake and referral review. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary group of clinicians, including RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, MSWs, Home Health Aides, and other departments within the agency and UVA Health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the needs of internal/external customers according to established professional standards and institutional guidelines/policy/procedure.
• Actively participate in quality improvement program development and professional growth activities for self while assisting in the professional development of others.
• Implement the home health program, including quality review, quality improvement, intake and referral review.
Requirements:
• Graduate of accredited nursing program, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
