Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled New Product Development Engineer to join our team at Millerbernd Manufacturing Co.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans for new products, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market requirements and drive growth through innovative solutions.
  • Leverage technical expertise to design and develop high-quality products, meeting customer specifications and industry standards.

With a strong understanding of project management principles and software tools, you will be responsible for day-to-day project management, including risk identification, mitigation, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, and ability to read, interpret, and communicate customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work priorities and take a hands-on approach to meeting project scope and timing.
