About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of software development processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet global regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.

With 1-3 years of experience in QA engineering, you will provide critical support to our ECQ facilities, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain QA processes and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
