Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to lead our CPU post-silicon engineering efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving post-silicon planning, bring-up, and debug activities for our groundbreaking CPU designs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans to ensure timely and efficient testing of our CPU designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug silicon issues, including functional, electrical, and performance-related problems.
  • Coordinate and prioritize debug tasks and experiments, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Supervise and manage issues and bugs across multiple projects, working closely with software, system, and other teams to resolve them.
  • Communicate program risks and status to multifunctional and executive forums, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Manage materials and resources, including parts, boards, and other necessary equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, including design, verification, implementation, physical design, DFT, or validation.
  • Proven experience in CPU development, including debug of CPU logic and circuit failures.
  • Technical leadership and/or project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and lead through influence.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities and constraints.
