CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we're seeking a highly skilled CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CPU engineering team, you will be responsible for driving post-silicon planning, bring-up, and debug activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans to ensure timely and efficient product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve silicon issues blocking product development.
  • Supervise and prioritize debug tasks and experiments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate program risks and status to multi-functional and executive forums.
Requirements:
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, design, verification, implementation, physical design, DFT, or validation.
  • Proven experience in CPU development, debug of CPU logic and circuit failures, and technical leadership or project management.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with ability to build trust and lead through influence.
