Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PSCN Receivables Specialist to join our team at Conway Regional. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving unpaid, underpaid, denied, or unresolved insurance balance accounts submitted to various health care payers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze insurance balance accounts to identify discrepancies and errors
  • Communicate with patients and their families to explain charges, adjustments, and credits
  • Assist in the collection of patient responsible balances
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and payers to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of account activity
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience in healthcare billing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
