Job Title: ServiceNow Master Architect

DirectViz Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Master Architect to lead our team in implementing and maintaining large-scale ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and Implementation Specialists, providing technical guidance, establishing best practices, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architectural blueprint for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance align with organizational requirements.
  • Implementation & Integration: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other custom applications. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design solutions that meet both current and future needs.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance policies, including Public Trust requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership during critical phases of projects, including design, development, and troubleshooting, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on ServiceNow platform developments, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices.
  • Training & Development: Develop training programs and provide ongoing education to team members to ensure high levels of competency and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

  • Eight (8) or more years of experience leading large teams of architects, developers, and Implementation Specialists on very large and highly complex projects.
  • Experience leading teams in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow instances and large-scale solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required.
  • Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

  • Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard).
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language.
  • Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
  • Learns and remembers routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills.
