Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
? Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service while anticipating their needs.
? Addressing service recovery for guests who have experienced unsatisfactory service.
? Managing reservations and coordinating the registration process.
? Utilizing a register and/or software system to process cash and credit card transactions.
? Responding to phone calls and emails, delivering messages as necessary.
? Maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
? Reconciling any disputed guest charges.
? Participating in Quality Assurance Programs to identify areas for improvement.

Employees are expected to understand the environmental aspects and impacts related to their roles, which will be communicated during training sessions.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in guest services is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems is preferred.
