Pharmacist - District Support

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated District Support Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the management of our pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing pharmacy staff
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care through adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and financial profitability
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
- Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and inspiring pharmacy staff to achieve exceptional results
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
