Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Dietitian at NutraCo, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by addressing nutrition-related health issues through clinical nutrition interventions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Upholding NutraCo's commitment to providing compassionate care, treating patients with respect and dignity.
  • Receiving guidance from the VP of Clinical Services and Regional Clinical Director.
  • Leading and supervising all dietitians within the region.
  • Collaborating with corporate team members at facilities to ensure clinical accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Delivering clinical nutrition services to residents in Long Term Care facilities within your designated area.
  • Conducting nutritional assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Working alongside healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educating residents, families, and staff on nutritional practices and dietary management.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Traveling to various facilities within the region as required.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential is required.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure.
  • Previous experience in clinical nutrition, particularly in Long Term Care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.
  • Compliance with state licensure guidelines and facility vaccination requirements as necessary.
  • Effective teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
