We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing quality clinical nutrition services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote wellness and intervene in acute or chronic illness
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy in accordance with provider orders and hospital policies
  • Perform assessments on patients at nutrition risk and provide nutrition education as needed
  • Support the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams
Requirements
  • Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • Less than one year of experience
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field
  • Completion of Dietetic internship
  • Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN)
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
