Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical nutrition services to patients in accordance with hospital and department policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify nutrition-related needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients, including counseling and education on healthy eating habits and disease management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition-related interventions and programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field.
  • Completion of a dietetic internship and successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and provide excellent patient care.
