Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and manage client interactions, with performance tracked through online feedback.
  • Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and oversee their work.
  • Coordinate and execute production tasks as scheduled, ensuring quality control in this physically demanding role.
  • Identify safety risks, communicate effectively, and implement control measures to safeguard all personnel and occupants. Adhere to safety protocols and risk management guidelines consistently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate job file to document services rendered.
  • Oversee labor and material usage on assigned projects, ensuring proper management of resources and equipment.
Position Requirements
  • Must possess IICRC Water Certification.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in cleaning/restoration.
  • High school diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Capacity to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents and chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $25/hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based increases.
