Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Management Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the initial phases of our construction projects, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the pre-construction phase, including feasibility studies, concept development, design coordination, and cost estimation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to validate project plans and specifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive project proposals and present them to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed pre-construction schedules and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks during the pre-construction process.
  • Work closely with the construction team and general contractors to ensure a smooth transition to the construction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards throughout all pre-construction activities.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on pre-construction progress.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction management, particularly in multifamily construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing project proposals and collaborating with general contractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is advantageous.
