Position Summary
We are looking for a courteous and skilled Customer Service Specialist to enhance our customer support operations. In this position, you will handle both incoming and outgoing calls, engage with clients to ascertain their requirements, and deliver effective solutions that guarantee a positive customer experience with our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor, be adept with technology, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
