Job Title: Executive Host

At Hard Rock International (USA), Inc., we are seeking an exceptional Executive Host to join our team. As a key member of our Player Development team, you will be responsible for attracting, acquiring, and hosting high-value players to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer development of high-end Asian clientele through prospecting, promotions, events, and additional guest relationship management activity.
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a timely and complete manner.
  • Grow customer share and increase gaming revenues from both slot and table guests.
  • Generate incremental business and drive additional trips from loyal guests through written communication and telemarketing.
  • Utilize computer databases to identify target guests and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop events and promotions that foster guest relationships.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of marketing promotions and maintain a high level of visibility on the casino floor.
  • Display a positive and professional attitude and presentation at all times when communicating with guests.
  • Maintain strong relations with VIP Services and outside vendors to ensure accurate and consistent complimentary interfacing and expenses.
  • Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with fluctuating days off.
  • Work in a smoke-filled environment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and adhere to all Illinois Gaming Regulations and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of host experience or previous gaming experience dealing with high Asian clientele.
  • Prior experience in the Gaming industry required.
  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
  • Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
  • Must be bilingual in English and one Asian language (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc.).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
