  • Prioritize tasks effectively by adhering to the planned schedule and managing interruptions.
  • Ensure all necessary tools and materials are prepared prior to arriving at job sites.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Obtain customer signatures on service reports before commencing work.
  • Keep management informed of any unfavorable developments or customer dissatisfaction.
  • Adapt communication to ensure understanding across various levels of technical knowledge.
  • Empower customer personnel to handle emergencies independently and recognize when to seek professional assistance.
  • Identify key training needs for customers and allocate time to address them.
  • Provide sales teams with qualified leads and inform them of competitive efforts.
  • Assist in pricing agreements and projects as needed.
  • Support special projects as assigned by management, which may evolve into primary responsibilities.
  • When applicable, oversee smaller teams in the presence of a supervisor.
  • Report performance issues to the supervisor as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must meet all requirements for working in specific environments, including a ten-year work history if available.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service.
  • One year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Two years of experience in commercial HVAC.
