As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in delivering medication management and skilled nursing care to our residents, ensuring compliance with state regulations.


Key Qualifications for our LPN:
  • Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Compassionate demeanor, representing our community positively and professionally
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with staff, residents, and families
  • Ownership mentality, maintaining focus amidst daily interruptions
  • Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility in working hours

Your Responsibilities as an LPN:

Make a meaningful impact on our residents' quality of life by:

  • Implementing personalized care plans that highlight residents' strengths and preferences
  • Assisting in the training and oversight of medication administration
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Monitoring caregiver performance to ensure high-quality care
  • Educating residents and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Promoting the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Compensation: $30.00-$32.00/hr based on experience
