We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in the overall operation of the property, including administrative and financial duties.
  • Learn and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and well-maintained building.
  • Assume greater responsibilities and knowledge of all aspects of property management.
  • Display maturity and good judgment in decision-making.
  • Manage the collection of rent and submit notices as required.
  • Physically inspect the property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments.
  • Assist with creating monthly reports, including renewals, rents, leasing, traffic, and resident retention programs.
  • Ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance paperwork is accurate and timely.
Requirements
  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • One year of LIHTC/Affordable housing experience required.
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish required.
  • Proficient in internet software, systems software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Industry software Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred.
  • Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.
