Position Summary: The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and showcasing our diverse selection of building materials. This position demands a proactive individual with a solid sales history and comprehensive knowledge of the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the designated territory. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance market presence.

· Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong connections with contractors, builders, architects, and other influential stakeholders. Assess their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

· Product Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of our building materials, including their features, advantages, and applications. Stay informed about industry advancements, new offerings, and competitive dynamics.

· Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients. Prepare and present detailed proposals, encompassing pricing and product specifications.

· Order Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement to order fulfillment. Ensure prompt and precise delivery of products while addressing any challenges that may arise.

· Estimating & Measuring: Proficient in accurately estimating building materials and measuring components such as doors, windows, and siding.

· Market Analysis: Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales strategies and product offerings.

· Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Utilize this data to refine strategies and boost performance.

· Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the internal sales team, customer service, and warehouse personnel to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

· Experience: A minimum of 5 years in outside sales, ideally within the building materials or construction industry. A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets is essential.

· Knowledge: Strong grasp of building materials, construction methodologies, and industry standards. Familiarity with local market conditions and key industry players.

· Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Capability to foster and maintain relationships with a diverse clientele.

· Driver's License: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
