Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist II, III, IV

About the Role:

We are seeking highly qualified Speech Language Pathologists to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with communication disorders. As a Speech Language Pathologist II, III, or IV, you will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
  • Communicate with students, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of IEPs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust IEPs as needed
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited college or university
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Valid Hawaii State Speech Pathologist License from the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (Professional and Vocational Licensing Division)
  • At least one year of professional experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
