At Springfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Job Summary:As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist residents with their activities of daily living and ensure that their personal care needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with their activities of daily living
- Ensure that residents' personal care needs are met
- Respond to residents' call lights and ensure that they are within reach
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff. You must also have prior experience as an LTC nursing assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
