Caregiver - Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Springfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing personalized care to residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences
• Collaborating with the nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans
• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience as a CNA or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as a State Registered Nurse Assistant (SRNA)
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
