Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 50+ employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through all contact points, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
- 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental coverage, vision plan, 100% cell phone allowance, and free meals on shift
