Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform and oversee all facilities maintenance duties, including installation, maintenance, and testing of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm, and other systems.
- Building Operations: Plan and oversee building work and renovation, ensuring productivity expectations and compliance standards are maintained.
- Janitorial Services: Oversee janitorial services in all facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.
- Vendor Management: Assist with negotiating and managing vendor maintenance contracts and warranties, ensuring compliance with purchasing requirements.
- Space Management: Work with leadership to allocate space within buildings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Inspect facilities to ensure continuous quality improvement in maintenance operations, work order follow-up, and preventative maintenance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree + 1-2 years of related professional experience, or Associate's degree + 5 years of related professional experience, or High School diploma + 9 years of related professional experience.
- Experience: Related professional experience in facilities management or site management.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet, excellent customer service skills, and ability to think strategically and achieve organization's goals.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Travel: Must be able to travel as needed.
The salary for this role is up to $85,000 per year.
