Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Carlyle Landing in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and contractors while maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and post rent each month
  • Assist in the handling of resident work order requests and various concerns as required
  • Conduct follow-up activity as needed with new and current residents
  • Maintain positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors
  • Assist with leasing and lease renewal efforts onsite
  • Physically walk and inspect the property
  • Maintain property waiting list
  • Coordinate on-site data collections and processing of resident information
  • Insure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels, etc
  • Coordinate apartment inspections for recertification's
  • Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy
  • Assist with several administrative and leasing tasks
  • Perform other duties that may arise
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, sales or real estate highly desired
  • Solid level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written communication)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
