Corporate Communications Lead, Strategic Storyteller

The Corporate Communications Lead, Strategic Storyteller is a pivotal role at DuraServ Corp, focusing on developing and executing the company's communication strategy. This position ensures consistent messaging across all channels, positioning DuraServ as the Employer of Choice and highlighting its reputation as a trusted sales and service provider.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the corporate communications strategy, emphasizing culture, corporate social responsibility, team member engagement, leadership visibility, brand identity, and partnership relationships through various modes of communication.
- Manage the company's messaging, delivery, and impact of its Employer Value Proposition and employment marketing strategies across all communication channels.
- Design, maintain, upgrade, and content messaging for the company's communication platforms and channels (websites, intranet, social media accounts, career boards, etc.), collaborating with Marketing on related work involving product brand positioning.
- Lead crisis communication efforts and strategies, consulting with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises.
- Partner closely with Senior Leaders and Marketing on strategic priorities and campaigns where communication plays a key role, contributing to event planning communications for key events.
- Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization, including corporate events, acquisitions, local and national community service, and other topics of interest.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and materials related to employer branding and reputation, providing public relations counsel as needed, and developing executive-level statements and visibility campaigns.
- Create and execute social media content and campaigns, ensuring work aligns with established strategies and branding, analyzing social media data to improve content and campaigns, identifying opportunities to grow the audience and improve brand awareness, and staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Strong knowledge of corporate communication disciplines, including internal and external communication best practices, crisis communication, public relations, employment marketing, event planning, and social media content.
- In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing, and sales copy, as well as social media.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Great project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through traditional and non-traditional methods of communication.
- Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
