About the Role:
Provide administrative support to senior management, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure technology and hardware are functioning properly.
Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
About You:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related support position.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Dynamic and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Polished, professional demeanor.
Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small.
Outstanding communication skills.
