Salary: $17 - $19 / hour

Your Impact:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the Manager and handle daily front office responsibilities to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will participate in an extensive training program to ensure your success in this role.

  • Deliver outstanding patient service with empathy and care, adhering to patient needs, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Guide patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance coverage, and ensure high-quality care
  • Under the Manager's guidance, oversee and support the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical staff
  • Analyze daily data to assess its impact on practice performance
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments
  • Verify insurance payments, manage collections, balance nightly deposits, and handle credit card transactions
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in sales is a plus
