Position Overview:
AmeriPro Roofing, a leading name in the roofing industry, is seeking a Construction Supervisor for our Commercial Division.

This role will be pivotal in driving and expanding our current business unit. The Commercial Construction Supervisor will provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to our Commercial Sales and Field Teams.

Key responsibilities include enhancing our presence in markets across the nation through business development, nurturing client relationships, managing project execution, overseeing field operations, and handling administrative tasks.

The Commercial Construction Supervisor will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

In collaboration with the VP, this role will involve crafting market strategies, budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities to align with the company's objectives.

Utilizing the AmeriPro brand, the Commercial Construction Supervisor will cultivate relationships with industry professionals, leading to new business prospects.

This position also entails training, coaching, motivating, and guiding all team members to achieve revenue and customer service targets.

The Construction Supervisor will oversee sales and production, ensuring revenue goals are met, the production team adheres to margin expectations, quality standards are upheld, and all deliverables are achieved.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the organizational sales strategy to secure commercial and multi-family properties. This includes:
- Identifying client verticals and prospects
- Crafting marketing strategies
- Team development and tracking performance
- Responding to regional demands based on project volume
- Participating in storm response efforts as needed.

Act as a manager, mentor, and thoughtful leader overseeing daily field operations and client relationships, which includes:
- Assigning tasks and guiding teams through challenges
- Engaging directly with clients to foster long-term relationships.

Utilize data analysis to inform business planning and shape the company's customer experience initiatives.

Provide high-level technical representation on projects within designated markets, managing restoration and construction projects effectively.

Ensure overall operational, management, and fiscal accountability in executing the AmeriPro Roofing process, serving as its primary spokesperson. Collaborate daily with the Operational Field and Sales Teams to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in directing activities of all assigned job team members.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of field-based sales management experience required.
- 3-5 years minimum experience in Commercial Project Management.
- Proven sales and business development skills with strong product knowledge.
- Ability to analyze sales data and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated capability to recruit, hire, and train within the Commercial Division.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction across diverse cultures.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to deliver effective executive-level presentations.
- Self-motivated, determined, and persistent, even in the face of challenges.
- Excellent customer service skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
