Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist II to join our team at MedQuest Associates LLC. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced medical imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position and prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Operate MRI equipment, selecting optimal scanning parameters and protocols to achieve diagnostic quality images
  • Administer contrast agents and medications as required, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Monitor patient physical and mental status during procedures, responding to any changes or concerns
  • Review and document patient information, including medical history, test results, and imaging findings
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including equipment maintenance and quality control measures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI
  • Active state licensure, where applicable
  • CPR Certification
  • 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required
  • 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred
