We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and assist in the assessment of residents at Bethesda Health.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Update care plans and implement nursing interventions to meet individual resident needs
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of resident care
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff

Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation
  • Current LPN license in Missouri and Illinois
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
  • IV certification required
  • Two years of experience (three years preferred) in long-term care and rehab
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work at various healthcare communities
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move patients, perform documentation, and distinguish color
