Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Associate to join our team in Houston. As a Dining Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment, providing a high level of customer service, and going out of your way to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cafe Operations: Maintain cleanliness of the space, clean dishes, and ensure that all Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation are met on a daily basis.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills and be a self-starter, able to escalate issues to the Director when necessary.
