Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Tech9. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
  • Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS) to design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Train caregivers on the client's individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
  • Conduct and write initial and reassessments.
  • Maintain all certifications and licensures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
  • Covid-19 and flu vaccinations required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
