Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and medical staff directives.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous RN experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed in the management of patient care.
