Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced CNC Programming Specialist who possesses a passion for precision and strong problem-solving abilities. As a key player in our Engineering division, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and production of high-quality components across various applications. Key Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programming Specialist, your primary duties will include:

1. Crafting and executing CNC programs utilizing NX CAD/CAM to enhance machine operations and guarantee the production of superior components.
2. Employing Vericut to simulate and refine CNC programs, identifying and addressing potential challenges before production.
3. Overseeing initial piece production, ensuring that all components adhere to our rigorous quality standards and specifications.
4. Designing and creating part holding tools to streamline efficient production processes.
5. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Continuously monitoring and updating CNC programs to boost efficiency and productivity.
7. Staying informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in CNC programming.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the CNC Programming Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably within the engineering sector.
2. Proficiency in NX CAD/CAM and Vericut software.
3. Experience with initial piece production and the capability to ensure the creation of high-quality components that meet specifications.
