Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Field Sales Consultant at AMS Retail Solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in large-scale home improvement retail environments, with familiarity in power tools.

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison with retail store personnel, management, and customers, advocating for our range of power tools. A strong sales orientation, high energy levels, and a passion for customer interaction are essential for success in this role.

  • Flexible full-time availability
  • Deliver support and in-depth product knowledge to store staff and customers through demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
  • Drive sales initiatives and marketing efforts by introducing accounts to innovative sales strategies.
  • This role includes a designated territory, with travel and mileage expenses covered.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
  • Ability to adapt to varying hours and days as required by business needs.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and twisting.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are mandatory (must comply with company standards).
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with vendors is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus (not mandatory).
