Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily functions of the accounting division, adopting a proactive approach to operations, general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, asset management, and tax compliance.
- Prepare journal entries and assist in the monthly closing process. Analyze account balances, conduct reconciliations, and recommend adjusting entries as necessary to ensure adherence to US GAAP standards. Manage the processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, sales, and other departments to foster effective working relationships. Develop and evaluate detailed reports to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business and accounting processes. Research best practices, propose enhancements, and assist in implementing process improvements. Identify issues, analyze root causes, and take appropriate measures to resolve them.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- A minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles within an accounting context. Payroll processing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and flat organizational structure, aligning with the Company's core values.
- Exemplary personal integrity and professional judgment.
- Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated capacity to build strong relationships across sales, operations, human resources, and other teams.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computerized accounting and financial management systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Able to travel occasionally, including overnight stays, for meetings, training, or other business needs.
