Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to achieve store sales volume and metrics goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining above-average quality of sales.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, maintaining a clean and organized store, and visually merchandising products.
  • Help monitor store security and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Effectively participate as a member of a store team to achieve established team goals.
Requirements:
  • Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise and assist customers.
  • Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
  • Operate a computer and cash register.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, sometimes up to 12 hours per day.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
