Job Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead significant proposals aimed at securing government contracts across Federal, State, and Defense sectors for high-value projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential, along with a minimum of 4 years in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large proposal efforts and coordination.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting and acquisition processes.
  • Insight into business development strategies.
  • Ability to lead a small team of junior staff as required.
  • Collaboration with Business Development and Capture Teams is crucial.
  • Strong ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on winning proposals.

Expectations:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading substantial proposals for government contracts within the Federal, State, and Defense sectors. Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and both internal and external leaders. Capability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently and remotely. Shipley training and APMP membership are preferred.
