The Senior Software Reverse Engineer will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing software systems to uncover vulnerabilities and potential security threats. This position involves developing sophisticated exploits and engineering methodologies for attacks. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive technical knowledge and advanced consulting skills to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough testing and analysis to identify weaknesses in software and network systems.
- Utilize advanced source code analysis techniques to detect vulnerabilities.
- Engage with various processor platforms and instruction set architectures, focusing on binary analysis.
- Conduct computational hardware analytics and instruction set emulation.
- Employ software disassemblers, debuggers, and reverse engineering tools to facilitate analysis.
- Carry out detailed technical evaluations of foreign computer and network technologies.
- Exhibit knowledge of hardware and software supply chain analysis.
- Maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) design or modeling and analysis of Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
- Familiarity with military systems and computer network technologies.
- Understanding of Field Programmable Gate Array analysis.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
