Position Overview

The selected Contractor will engage an Energy Manager who possesses certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional (AP), along with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credentials. A minimum of five years' experience in energy and resource management is required.

This position necessitates a current Top Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and sustaining a comprehensive energy management strategy.
  • Performing detailed trend analysis related to greenhouse gas emissions, fuel usage, water consumption, sewer throughput, peak performance metrics, and overall energy consumption.
  • Generating a thorough energy conservation report.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (such as mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) is essential.
  • The Energy Manager will serve as the primary liaison for all energy management initiatives.
